Handicapped children in poverty stricken families are one of the most neglected, and vulnerable groups. Many handicapped affected with Polio and other sickness could get rehabilitated, had sufficient attention given to them. In order to help them get rehabilitated in the family and society, ODISA has taken up special sponsorship programme for handicapped children. There are hundred thousands children still awaiting for their call.
